John has long organized alongside marginalized people, whether within his own LGBTQ community or through accompaniment of immigrants, unhoused, & food insecure people. His personal mission statement is “Connecting People & Organizations for Good.” He first discovered the Imperial Court through chaplaincy work with the SF Night Ministry in 2012; in each of the last four years he has held titles with the court. He’s proud to have supported numerous monarchs, especially his contributions to the launch of the Imperial Leather Titles. Attentive to the Imperial Court’s history & the broader community’s pressing needs, if elected Emperor, he aims to focus on raising money for gender diverse & trans services programs & to uplift Queer art organizations & vital nightlife & cultural institutions. John says we sparkle best when we sparkle together. He has an inclusive vision & he “Gives Great Heart.”
